We enjoyed our stay especially since we had a corner room with two balconies. Ali at reception was warm, friendly and helpful.

So far so good at this 4 star hotel

Good- checking in was a pain in the a large group and in contrast to the other hotels on the tour

Overall great. All of the staff at reception are very friendly and very helpful. One thing I have feedback at checkout was that the bathroom floor is so slippery. When we use the bathroom slippers that you provide we nearly fell in the bathroom. We had to take them off in order to get into the slippery bathroom. Also the bathtub water tends to splash out of the tub. The pressure was good but the partitions not enough to prevent the water from splashing out.
