Loved the hotel. It would be nice to have coffee available earlier before breakfast for people leaving early for flying home or touring.

It was very nice, it's only the smell in the room was not so pleasant. Better ventilation and fresh air would do.

The hotel is a four-star and has a different appeal. It has some needed items like iron and board that other four-star hotels do not have. Overall, the hotel is excellent. It is clean and close to historic sites, specifically to the Gothic Quarter. The hotel has parking; the cost of it may be included in the price of the stay. The hotel does not have a coffee or tea maker in case you need hot water or coffee at midnight or any time. Also, the hotel does not provide sufficient facial tissue in case you have sinus problems or any other needs for which you want to use facial tissues.

We are delighted that you found our location convenient, being close to historic sites, particularly the Gothic Quarter. Our goal is to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience that allows them to explore the beauty of the city easily.

Regarding the items you mentioned, we do take note of your suggestions. While we provide an iron and board as an added convenience, we understand that having a coffee or tea maker in the room can also enhance the guest experience, especially for late-night cravings. We will certainly consider adding this amenity in the future to better accommodate our guests.

As for the facial tissue issue, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will work on ensuring that we provide an adequate supply of facial tissues in our rooms to address the needs of all our guests.

Stressful. Especially when it came to using your elevator.

I opened my window because I didn't know how to cool the room any other way. I had to shut the window because a man was on a business call at midnight, and his voice echoed off the walls. It was too loud even with the window shut. I called reception, and they were able to find the right room, and get his window shut. Nicely done.

Excelente experiencia. Limpieza y los empleados excelentes. El servicio de cena muy bueno. La comida(pato) espectacular.
