Molto soddisfacente sul piano della qualità del servizio, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, pulizia e confort delle camere, posizione molto centrale. Da migliorare il rapporto costo/qualità della colazione. Essendo italiano, ho trovato eccessivo pagare 15 € per una colazione all'italiana di scarsa qualità (cappuccino fatto da una macchina automatica e paste non buonissime).
