Easy access

Komfort v pořádku. Čistota v pořádku (jen komáři na pokoji č.103 mi vadili). Malé a nepřehledné parkoviště s úzkým vjezdem - bez automatického (třeba kamerové čtení SPZ) otevření vrat! Neznalost adresy třetího největšího výrobce automobilů v Evropě..? Pomalé odbavení na recepci (spousta informací by mohla být připravena předem z objednávky (rezervace)). Absence rychlého přístupu po schodišti (pouze pomalé dva výtahy).

Upřímně si vážíme, že jste si udělal čas a podělil se s námi o svou podrobnou zkušenost.

Jsme rádi, že čistota i pohodlí Vašeho pokoje splnily Vaše očekávání, i když se omlouváme za nepříjemnosti způsobené komáry během Vašeho pobytu. Vaše připomínky ohledně parkování a dostupnosti zařízení byly pečlivě přijaty a chápeme, jak nepříjemný může být omezený přístup na parkoviště a do dalších prostor hotelu.

Bereme na vědomí také Vaše připomínky týkající se procesu check-inu a nakládání s informacemi před příjezdem. Váš příspěvek je velmi cenný, protože upozorňuje na konkrétní aspekty, které musíme přezkoumat, abychom zlepšili efektivitu a pohodlí našich služeb.

Our overall experience was very good. The receptionist staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Kathryn who always had a smile, helped us with restaurant selections, directions, and just about anything we needed assistance with in such a pleasant way. We did find the amenities of the room less than what we found in other hotels--no conditioner, no hand/body lotion, and the room could use more hooks and a night light in the bathroom. And the hot items on the breakfast bar were often only lukewarm, and more fresh fruits instead of canned would have been preferred.
