en general todo muy bien, únicamente que desde primer piso de madrugada se oye mucho ruido desde la parte de recepción cuando llegan clientes.

Nos complace saber que la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación y la ubicación cercana a Plaza Cataluña y Paseo de Gracia fueron aspectos de su agrado, y que tanto el proceso de check-in como la atención y la relación calidad-precio cumplieron con sus expectativas.

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas por el ruido procedente de la recepción durante la madrugada, especialmente en las habitaciones del primer piso. Valoramos mucho que nos lo haga saber, ya que sus comentarios nos ayudan a detectar posibles áreas de mejora.

Esperamos poder recibirle nuevamente en el futuro.

Ordentliches und sauberes Hotel in Top Lage von Barcelona zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Einrichtung leider teilweise veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e os quartos são muito espaçosos e confortáveis. Só senti falta de hidratante e condicionador no banheiro.
