we loved our stay there - the website /pool was misleading and the room was hot when we arrived and the air conditioner was very slow

全てにおいて、清潔感と落ち着きがありホテル内では大変くつろげました。
スタッフの皆さんも親切で何一つ困る事なく快適に滞在する事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。
またバルセロナに旅行する際は、是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。短い滞在ではありましたが、ありがとうございました。

カタルーニャ広場近くの当施設でのご滞在について、ご意見やご経験を共有していただきありがとうございます。 空港バスなどの公共交通機関へのアクセスが便利であり、地下鉄やバスを利用して市内を移動するのも容易であるとご評価いただき、大変嬉しく思います。 私たちは、お客様が市内とその主要観光スポットを探索しやすい戦略的なロケーションを提供できるよう努めています。

当施設から徒歩圏内にあるカサ・バトリョやカサ・ミラなどの象徴的な場所を訪れて、楽しい時間を過ごしていただければ幸いです。 私たちの優先事項は、バルセロナの観光体験を最大限に楽しんでいただけるよう、快適で便利な宿泊施設を提供することです。

近くに大きなスーパーマーケットがないため、少々ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。 しかしながら、お土産のショッピングや近くのタパス店の閲覧など、ご滞在をお楽しみいただけたことを嬉しく思います。 バルセロナは多様でエキサイティングな料理で知られており、この地元文化の一部を体験する機会があったことを嬉しく思います。
