situacion que no comprendia ...el por que luego de las 23 hs debia ingresar por la el lateral y debia esperar que me habran la puerta

Not great, too expensive for what you get, good coffee is a must in a 4 star hotel

Breakfast is really bad, save your money to have nice one in one of several places around the hotel. We booked 2 breakfast (2 nights), but after the first one, when we discover that the food was not as good as expected, we tried to get refund for the second one, but they have rejected our request.¨We had breakfast outside the second day...
However, the room was clean, beds confortable, but we can easily hear our neighbors.

Regarding your request for a refund for the second breakfast, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Our goal is to provide satisfactory service to our guests and we take your comments seriously. We will review internally to understand why your refund request was rejected and take the necessary steps to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.

We are glad to know that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we understand that noise from neighbors can be a nuisance. We will work to improve the soundproofing of our rooms and minimize any inconvenience caused by noise.
