The staff are engaged with the guests. First point of contact, the front desk is friendly and welcoming.

Excellent as it was only for one night

We had a medical emergency and were totally taken care of by Christopher who got us an ambulance and saw to all our needs. Luckily it was only a 24 hour virus probably caught on the plane and have been able to enjoy rest of the trip. But it was great to know that in a scary situation someone had our back. Again all hotel staff is wonderful.

The staff were nice and always helpful.

Very hard to sleep comfortable due to high temperatures or outdoor noise.

Hard to shower without making a mess.
