Posizione comoda, camera ok ma troppo calda, colazione un pò sotto tono

I have been staying at this hotel every time I visit Barcelona. I come back for:
1. The staff is friendly and wanting to help in any way they can. Liana and Dana, at the front desk, are stars!
2. The the location and cleanliness of the room.
I highly recommend it!

Good- it was so hot in my room no AC I think it’s like that everywhere didn’t get enough sleep for 2 nights
Then was moved to a bigger room and I slept a little better but then it was facing the Main Street I had to open the window to let the air in so it won’t be that hot. Luckily I was out most of the day 0800-2000hours. The front staff were very friendly and helpful but the wait staff in the breakfast room no smiles like robots. I only had 4 breakfast- so I know what I am talking about.
