It was good, elevator was a bit of a pain and slow

Great hotel. Not having a fitness center was very disappointing. Had to pay 14 euro/day to use a fitness center. Front office staff was excellent. Service excellent overall.

Mid-poor due to all the above and front desks lack of honesty toward guests. I booked a superior room at a 4-star hotel, I expect to get that. Not something that feels ordinary for a 3-star hotel elsewhere. Nothing extraordinary (or superior) about the hotel or room, nor of the service given by front desk staff.
