The staff in the front desk was amazing, Alejandra and Rachel were awesome. There was a weird group of guests that partied at the lobby every night and even smoked, but that is not the hotels fault. If the room was a bit more modern and the bed had more pillows it would be better.

Плохо работал WiFi
В ванной протекала вода и образовывалась лужа
За несколько часов до приезда прислали странное сообщение, что не могут проверить карту для оплаты и могут аннулировать бронь. При этом, ни одна из ссылок для оплаты не работала....
