My wife felt insulted and embarrassed as we were on a tour and she was yelled at in front of over 20 people on the tour bus effectively effectively ruining the evening.

I am sorry to tell you that as you were informed it is not possible to take food or drinks from the buffet. If you ask us to refill your bottle, we can offer you tap water without inconvenience.

The hotel was even nicer in person then the pictures and the staff were alwZys friendly and helpful
