Le agradecemos sinceramente sus amables palabras y nos complace saber que disfrutó de su estancia en nuestro establecimiento. Nos alegra especialmente que haya valorado positivamente la limpieza, ubicación y servicio recibido.

Por otra parte, lamentamos la incidencia con el agua caliente, pero le informamos que no hemos tenido ninguna otra queja de agua caliente durante su estancia. Para futuras ocasiones, les pediría que se pusieran en contacto con la recepción, que estarán encantados de ayudarles.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with something for everyone. The hotel’s location was excellent – peaceful, yet everything we needed was close by.
