I am glad to see that you have found your room enjoyable. On the other hand, it is really strange you found the room cold, as the heating is working on. Did you ask at the recepction? As we did not have any complain about that. I am sorry for that.

Hotel muy céntrico, buen servicio al cliente y el desayuno bueno y completo.

O quarto era pequeno, porém limpo.
A vista e o barulho do que parecia uma escola perturbaram, por vezes, o nosso descanso.
Para todo staff nota 10, desde a receção até as senhoras da limpeza e pequeno-almoço.
