Wij hebben 3 goede dagen gehad in uw hotel, het personeel is vriendelijk en denkt goed mee. De kamer was erg schoon en praktisch ingedeeld.

First of all thank you for the time used in sharing your experience with us. We always welcome all the reviews, as they help us to improve and to work better for our customers.
I am deeply sorry to know your stay was not as expected. We want to apologize for the inconveniences. I will talk with the front desk to know exactly what happened as it is not a common situation. Until 2pm we can offer free of charge for members but always under availability. If we are fully booked and your room is assigned for another guest we cannot offer.
I assure you that all we do is try to help our guests as much as we can. As you can see in most comments, our staff is one of the strongest points, so I apologize for this human mistake.

The staff was excellent, especially Paula. She was always willing to answer our questions and took time to help us understand the transit system. She was extremely professional, caring, thorough, and friendly. The hotel was convenient and lovely.
