Great room layout and view. Fantastic location. Appreciated the air con but some instruction on how to use would have helped.
The small fridge was very useful.
Reception were helpful giving us a kettle and cups so we could make our morning tea in the room, as these aren’t provided as standard within the room.

Breakfast was super.
The ladies at the reception were so nice and helping.

The cleaning of the room could be better.

Todo correcto. La única pega que encontré es que la puerta de la ducha no cierra bien y termina inundando el suelo del baño. La alfombrilla del baño sirve para evitar que el agua llegue a la habitación.

Hemos tomado nota de su observación respecto a la puerta de la ducha. Lamentamos las molestias que esto pudo causarle y nos aseguraremos de que nuestro equipo de mantenimiento revise y solucione este problema para evitar inconvenientes en el futuro.

Tomamos en consideración su comentario del desayuno. Vamos variando la fruta, siempre intentando que sea lo más de temporada posible. Pero seguiremos trabajando en ello.

Agradecemos también su sugerencia sobre la mejora en la relación calidad-precio, especialmente para quienes nos eligen repetidamente cada año. Intentamos, por ejemplo, que siendo del club HCC, se aplique algun descuentos extras.
