In pieno centro e vicinissimo alla metro

Pros
- It's located at the center of hot spots like Casa batllo, Vinitus, lots of shopping stores.
- They store your luggages safely and easily
- For the triple room, not spacious but worthy

Cons
- noise from the hall
- small bathroom
- not easy to get the hot water

Excelente atención, ubicación buenísima y habitación super cómoda

Antes solían ofrecer una copa de cava como bienvenida, pero esta vez no lo hicieron. Además, el bar del lobby estaba cerrado. También tuve problemas durante el check-in, ya que en principio no querían aceptar mi documento oficial de identidad de Finlandia ni mi NIE español, insistiendo en que debía presentar un pasaporte. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, el personal fue muy amable y, en general, quedé contenta con mi estancia.

Sentimos que en esta ocasión no pudiéramos ofrecerle la copa de cava de bienvenida como en visitas anteriores. Valoramos estas atenciones y evaluaremos las circunstancias para poder restablecerlas en el futuro.

Please see description above. It's a nice hotel, but I expected more comfort for the money.
