It was a good choice, close by the city centre and metro/buses but very noisy, no isolation of the windows and from interior too, I heard the voices of my neighbours around midnight.

We have fresh orange juice.
Fried eggs are made on request by employees. We do not have them exposed in the buffet.

If the source of my bed bugs experience was you, my overall experience was horrible.

First of all, I apologize the possible inconvenience.
You stayed in the hotel HCC Taber from 22nd to 28th July. And the incident, as you said, appeared the morning of the 29th. The last night you didn't sleep in the hotel. You made check out last 28th July.
Moreover, we had a internal prevention protocol. In addition to having an external express that handles all these issues.

I participated in an event in Calle Balmes and the distance to the hotel is 2mins walking. That's the reason this hotel has an ideal location for me.

The building looks very new, the staff was really helpfull en friendly. We had a room with enough space en it was modern with great comfort. The location was also good if oyu keep the price in mind.
