The overall experience was fine. It would have been immeasurably better if the room had a kettle.

Sehr gepflegt und freundliches Personal. Die Qualität des Bettes ist eher mäßig und die Fenster bieten wenig Schallschutz

Bezüglich Ihrer Bedenken hinsichtlich der Qualität der Matratze und der Schalldämmung der Fenster bedauere ich, dass diese Aspekte nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.
