Han mejorado el hotel con la reforma y eso es de agradecer.

Lamento que el hotel no haya cumplido sus expectativas en la totalidad.
Ahora mismo tenemos el aire acondicionado. Sistema centralizado.
Lamento que el cuarto de baño le pareciese pequeño.

Ужасная слышимость!!! Такое впечатление, что ты не один в номере живёшь. Если из соседнего номера выезжают ночью, выспаться вам не удастся и номер будут убирать очень тщательно и с самого раннего утра!

Great experience. Would have been better if there was a lock on the bathroom door. Tv was in spanish. As we were bot spanish speakers we couldnt watch anything at all

Very good. Elevators gave excellent service and never had to wait long. Lounge area was useful for a small group social relaxing time. Lobby personnel always greeted us on our return. Desk service excellent. Answered all our questions, particularly recommending best airport transportation.
