Impossible de rester dans la chambre. On a l'impression de rentrer dans une caverne.

Je regrette que l'hôtel n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes en ce qui concerne l'obscurité de la pièce.

Bien ubicado. Me hubiese gustado mas preocupación en relación a como se estaba desarrollando nuestra estadía, reservé la habitación con 6 meses de anticipación. Mejorar la aislación acústica de la habitación ya el ruido durante la noche y en las mañanas " terrible" no facilitaba un buen descanso.

The hotal was great except the breakfast not enough staff and on the tables there was a information card explaining what you could have included fried eggs omelettes ex on the first day I asked for a omelette the member of staff said it would be 15 mins so I said no thanks , there was no cups or plates unless you asked I even had to ask for a teaspoon, when I asked for some milk the reply was you'll have to wait .on the second day I asked for a omelette again and after some time I got one , then surprise surprise the information card had disappeared not to be seen for the remainder of our stay .so great hotel shame about the breakfast experience

I appologize for the possible inconvenience in the breakfast. Some of the hot ones we make at the moment like the fried eggs and the French omelette and depending on the demand they can take a little more time. Apologies.
