Staff I have encountered in the hotel have made me feel very welcoming. I would definitely refer your hotel to my friends and family. I will stay at the hotel when I come back to Barcelona.

We started our stay in a very nice, clean, newly renovated room. Unfortunately it was very dark because of only one window facing a dark inner alley. We asked to be moved to a room with a view and the friendly staff said it is absolutely no problem. The following day we moved to a room with a window/balcony out front. Therefore the room was older, but also clean. We enjoyed our stay. What could possibly be changed is that the doors slam when closing without holding onto the door, which can be very loud in the morning.
