Sehr gepflegt und freundliches Personal. Die Qualität des Bettes ist eher mäßig und die Fenster bieten wenig Schallschutz

Bezüglich Ihrer Bedenken hinsichtlich der Qualität der Matratze und der Schalldämmung der Fenster bedauere ich, dass diese Aspekte nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback sehr, da es uns hilft, Bereiche zu identifizieren, in denen wir uns verbessern können, um zukünftigen Gästen ein angenehmeres Erlebnis zu bieten.

Excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and the location very convenient.

The only improvement would be a kettle in the room but I brought my own as I knew this when I booked.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great Location, with good access to transportation and sights. Hotel a bit sterile and non inviting, but overall experience for a quick hop in and out of town was good.
