Good location, noisy if you are a light sleeper!

Process to check in for a group of 18 to write down everyone’s home address, cell, email address, etc … took too much time and other individual guests were trying to check in. Too much of a delay for us and others. Overall good hotel, breakfast and location.

Regarding the check-in process, we completely understand your concern. The requirement to record each guest’s personal information — such as full address, contact details, and identification — is a legal obligation established by the Spanish authorities. All hotels in Spain must provide this data to the police as part of national security regulations.

We realize that this procedure can be time-consuming and somewhat inconvenient, especially for larger groups, and we sincerely apologize for the delay it may have caused you and other guests. Unfortunately, this is not something we can modify, though we always do our best to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
