location is perfect. And the service is good. But only one small point: the quality of the water in the bath is not 100% good.

Mala.
No volveré nunca más a este hotel.
Quieren exprimir al máximo el espacio para sacar más dinero y han hecho una chapuza de miedo.

It was alright. Didn't stay much in the room as I was sight seeing. The breakfast was terrible. The hot food was not nice and the milk was warm.

I'm sorry you did not like breakfast. My deepest apologies.
Apart from the exposed hot ones you could ask the waiter another type of hot, like fried eggs, ....
As for milk, we have hot milk in the coffee maker and the cold in the juices area.

The location is perfect, but your service is poor.

I regret the inconvenience during your stay.
With respect to the keys if carried near the mobile or credit cards can be demagnetized.
I have reviewed the planning of the waitress and according to this the room was done. I imagine there has been some confusion. My deepest apologies.
