Un bel soggiorno, buona la prima colazione. La camera purtroppo un po piccola e senza finestra o balcone sull'esterno

The room was a bit tiny. There should be a good supply of umbrellas at the reception , they can’t expect travellers to bring along their own umbrellas.

We regret that the room size didn’t fully meet your expectations, and I understand the inconvenience you mentioned with the shower door. Ensuring our facilities are comfortable and functional is a priority, so we’ll be investigating this matter further to make improvements as needed.

Regarding the umbrellas, you raise a valid point. While we currently offer a limited number for guest use, we will certainly consider expanding our supply to ensure that all guests have easy access during rainy weather.
