Fijn hotel op een mooie plek , goed ontbijt met vriendelijk personeel .
Jammer dat mijn kamer op een slechte plek in het hotel zat . Sommige van mijn medereizigers hadden wel een kamer met raam .
Mijn reisleider heeft nog geprobeerd om een andere kamer te krijgen . Maar dat was ingewikkeld en ik moest dan de volgende dag maar komen kijken en bijbetalen . En deze kamer zou dan aan de drukke straatkant zitten . Waardoor ik mijn raam ook niet open had kunnen zetten

I would like to address your comments regarding your room placement. Please allow me to clarify that all our rooms do indeed have windows, though the views they offer may vary. Our hotel's privileged location in the Eixample district, combined with the architectural layout of the building, means that not all rooms can face the exterior. Some rooms overlook interior courtyards, which can offer a quieter environment compared to the street-facing rooms.
We strive to ensure all our rooms are as comfortable and pleasant as possible, regardless of their orientation. We also do our utmost to accommodate specific preferences whenever availability permits. I regret that the proposed solution during your stay did not fully meet your expectations, and I appreciate your understanding regarding the limitations we sometimes face.
