Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay with us at HCC Taber. We take all comments seriously and would like to address the concerns you raised.
Regarding your early arrival on September 26th, our reception staff informed you that we did indeed have available rooms for the night, but an additional charge would apply as this was outside your reserved dates. I understand that you chose not to take this option. Out of courtesy, we allowed you to stay in the lobby for over an hour while you explored alternatives. However, as was explained at the time, staying in the lobby for the entire night was not permitted.
We regret that you found this unsatisfactory, but I trust you can understand that our lobby cannot serve as an overnight waiting area until the following day’s check-in time.
We hope for the opportunity to welcome you again under different circumstances.
