Siamo lieti di sapere che ha apprezzato la posizione centrale e tranquilla del nostro hotel, nonché la sua vicinanza ai principali snodi dei trasporti, che le ha permesso di spostarsi facilmente in città. La ringraziamo sinceramente per aver dedicato del tempo a condividere la sua esperienza e per l'eccellente valutazione che ci ha assegnato, in particolare per quanto riguarda la posizione, il servizio del personale e il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Siamo lieti di sapere che la posizione del nostro hotel sia stata un aspetto particolarmente positivo del suo soggiorno, così come il comfort e la pulizia della sua camera.

Per quanto riguarda i suoi suggerimenti, desideriamo chiarire che l'assenza di scopini per il WC nelle camere è dovuta a motivi igienici, poiché puliamo accuratamente tutti i bagni ogni giorno. Per quanto riguarda i bagni senza ventilazione naturale, comprendiamo l'importanza di un buon sistema di aspirazione dell'aria. I nostri bagni sono dotati di aspiratori, la cui efficacia potrebbe non essere immediata, in quanto sono programmati per attivarsi a intervalli durante il giorno per migliorare la circolazione dell'aria.

Apprezziamo molto il suo feedback, che ci aiuta a migliorare costantemente l'esperienza dei nostri ospiti. Speriamo di darle nuovamente il benvenuto in occasione di future visite a Barcellona.

We are pleased to know that you appreciated our central location, the utensils provided, our breakfast, and the service from our team. We are, however, truly sorry to learn about your experience with 1 cockroach in your room.

We would like to assure you that we take cleanliness and hygiene extremely seriously. While finding a cockroach in a hotel room is certainly unpleasant and we fully understand your reaction, its presence does not necessarily indicate a lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, cockroaches are insects that can be found in urban environments, and despite the preventive measures taken, it is possible for an occasional insect to enter a building.

As you can see from the vast majority of our guests' reviews, we very rarely receive complaints regarding this type of incident. Nevertheless, we understand how upsetting this must have been for you, and we sincerely regret that this occurred during your stay. Please be assured that we take your comments seriously and will continue to reinforce our checks and preventive measures.
