Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for rating your stay with us at HCC Taber. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our central location, enjoyed our breakfast offerings, and found our staff to be friendly.

I would like to address your comments regarding your room placement. Please allow me to clarify that all our rooms do indeed have windows, though the views they offer may vary. Our hotel's privileged location in the Eixample district, combined with the architectural layout of the building, means that not all rooms can face the exterior. Some rooms overlook interior courtyards, which can offer a quieter environment compared to the street-facing rooms.

We strive to ensure all our rooms are as comfortable and pleasant as possible, regardless of their orientation. We also do our utmost to accommodate specific preferences whenever availability permits. I regret that the proposed solution during your stay did not fully meet your expectations, and I appreciate your understanding regarding the limitations we sometimes face.

Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even better experience.

Kind regards,
