I had a good experience. Easy check in and check out. No problems. Great location in the middle of the city. Easy to get to and from the airport using aerobus.

Nous avons été très bien servis par tout le personnel que nous avons croisé. Puisque nous avions loué un fauteuil roulant, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des personnes à l'accueil qui nous offrait chaque fois qu'on rentrait d'une sortie de mettre le fauteuil rouant dans la salle verrouillée. Personnel très avenant aussi quand nous voulions sortir : ils avaient la clé dans la main pour que nous ayons accès au fauteuil. Merci aussi de l'avoir gardé en sécurité une journée en avance! Les personnes à la salle du buffet pour le petit-déjeuner ont aussi offert de l'aide pour que je puisse apporter ma nourriture à la table. Pour la salle de bain, bien que je comprends que ce soit une chambre adaptée pour personnes en fauteuil roulant, nous aurions apprécié un peu plus d'espace où mettre nos effets personnels.

We loved our stay. We had a lovely lady help us at the front desk. She greeted us every morning with a smile and helped us with all our questions.

We cannot remember her name but she made our stay that much better. She even helped us find a post office so we could send a postcard!

The room was a bit small, especially considering the price. But very clean, very professional and excellent location.

Très bien dormie. Juste un peu plus d'insonorisation aurait été apprécié ont entendait des portes claquées.
