Regarding your comments on the room, we hope you understand that the unique architecture and layout of the Eixample district in Barcelona means that not all rooms can be exterior-facing. While this is part of the charm and character of the area, we understand it may not suit everyone’s preferences. Please also note that our rooms were renovated not long ago, and we are sorry to hear that they did not meet your expectations.
