Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay with us at HCC Taber. We take all comments seriously and would like to address the concerns you raised.
Regarding your early arrival on September 26th, our reception staff informed you that we did indeed have available rooms for the night, but an additional charge would apply as this was outside your reserved dates. I understand that you chose not to take this option. Out of courtesy, we allowed you to stay in the lobby for over an hour while you explored alternatives. However, as was explained at the time, staying in the lobby for the entire night was not permitted.
We regret that you found this unsatisfactory, but I trust you can understand that our lobby cannot serve as an overnight waiting area until the following day’s check-in time.
We hope for the opportunity to welcome you again under different circumstances.

Hotel muy bien ubicado con un lobby acogedor e iluminado. Habitación amplia y cómoda.

Chambre cosy et confortable mais la salle de bain bien que spacieuse n'est pas du tout conforme à ce l'on pourrait attendre de cet hôtel : manque de porte-serviettes près de la douche , évier entrée de gamme sans tablette de rangement pour les produits de toilette . Dommage car cela vient mettre un bémol à une très bonne appréciation.

Very nice. Central. Advise to put grab bars in showers for added safety. Extend shower doors as water ends up on floor.

Very pleasant, good location, clean. Desk staff were always friendly and helpful, eg. offered to look up if sites were open on a holiday. Small details- could use more hooks in the bathroom. Also, the tv popped on whenever I entered my room, even though I’d had it turned off when I left the room. But overall great stay.
