Très bien dormie. Juste un peu plus d'insonorisation aurait été apprécié ont entendait des portes claquées.

Our hotel is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, an area known for its unique architecture. Due to this layout, not all rooms face the exterior; some do face interior courtyards, while others overlook the main street. However, all our rooms are fully equipped to ensure the comfort of our guests. Regarding the smell you mentioned, we were not notified of any issues during your stay, which makes it difficult for us to address the problem promptly. We always encourage our guests to report any concerns immediately so that we can provide an appropriate solution.

Your comments about our breakfast are surprising to us. Please allow me to clarify that we bake our bread and pastries fresh every morning. Our cold cuts are sliced daily, and we take great care to serve fresh fruit. We strive to provide the freshest options possible, and this is consistently reflected in the positive feedback we receive about our breakfast from other guests.

It is clear that we did not meet your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope you will reconsider staying with us again in the future to provide you with the experience that many of our guests enjoy.
