Wonderful stay! The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The young gentleman at the reception helped me when I was having trouble regarding my departing flight as I speak very little Spanish. I thank him for his excellent service...we will definitely come back again

Spoiled by unfair policy and the state of the lift

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay with us at HCC Taber. I appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness and beauty of our hotel, and I understand your concerns regarding our guest policy.
Please allow me to clarify our position. The policy you refer to is indeed in place, but it is not meant to prohibit guests entirely. For security reasons, we require that any visitors to guest rooms be registered at the reception. This measure is to ensure the safety of all our guests, as well as the integrity of our hotel. Should any situation arise, it is crucial that we have accurate records of all individuals on the premises. This is not only to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for our guests, especially during late hours, but also to comply with local regulations.
Please know that a brief visit of up to 30 minutes is acceptable as long as the visitor is registered at the reception beforehand.
We always aim to balance our guests’ comfort with their safety, and I apologize if this policy impacted your experience negatively. Your feedback is valuable to us, and I hope we can have the opportunity to welcome you back under more favorable circumstances in the future.
