Very frustrated . In spite I was a guest , the staff doesn't speak English , making us speak on our fingers like in zoo, and making us feeling that we are not a human being . The Front Office staff was not helpful , not polite , rude and insulting us, coz we are not EU guests, lying and they're grinning after us. The FO clerk was also confident of his impunity and said us to do whatever we want as he doesnt care
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay with us. I understand that you were unhappy with the room provided and the service received at our reception. However, I must address several inaccuracies in your account.
Firstly, while it is entirely reasonable for a guest to be dissatisfied with a room and request a change, our staff do not tolerate any form of verbal abuse or insults. I was informed of the situation by our reception team, who reported significant difficulty in communicating with you due to aggressive behavior on your part. Upon reviewing the footage, it is clear that the interaction did not transpire as you described.
Our hotel was indeed fully booked during your stay, and we made every effort to accommodate room change requests within the constraints of our occupancy. The allegations of racist behavior are particularly concerning and completely unfounded. Our staff is composed of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Senegal, the Philippines, India, Spain, France,... all of whom work together harmoniously. Accusations of racism are serious and unacceptable, especially given the diverse and inclusive environment we foster.
Regarding the refusal to provide my personal contact information, please understand that our staff is trained to handle guest complaints professionally and to escalate matters appropriately within our management structure. It is standard policy not to disclose personal contact details of management.
We strive to ensure all guests have a pleasant experience, and I regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. However, maintaining respect and civility is paramount, and our team is committed to upholding these values.
