goede ervaring, wel vrij lange wachttijd bij het inchecken, Nespresso koffie apparaat op de kamer zou fijn zijn in deze prijsklasse

I sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during the check-in process. We understand how important a smooth and prompt check-in is after a long journey, and we will review our procedures to ensure quicker service in the future.
Regarding the Nespresso machine, we appreciate your suggestion and will consider this addition to enhance our guests' in-room experience.
We are glad you enjoyed our breakfast but regret that the fruit salad and the quality of the coffee did not meet your expectations. We will certainly take your feedback into account as we continuously work on improving our breakfast offerings.
Your comments on our room's cleanliness and the overall service are encouraging, and we will strive to maintain and improve these standards. While we regret that you did not find the additional benefits of booking directly with us compelling, we appreciate your honesty and will look into offering more value-added benefits in the future. although you booked a single room we were able to offer a bigger room with extra costs, but I saw it did not fullfilled your expectations as well, I am sorry for that.

Wir hatten das spezielle Problem das Hotel und den Flug über die Insolvente FTI gebucht zu haben.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel
Und die Problemlösung waren sehr freundlich, kulant und unkompliziert - Dank an Yolanda.
Wir konnten privat umbuchen und nach Ankunft im Hotel zahlen.
Sauberes gut gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern.
