Muy lindo hotel, habitaciones amplias, buen desayuno y buena ubicación.

good apart from the bed, didnt spend much time in the room other than sleeping & changing

Upon reviewing your reservation, we regret to inform you that there were no specific notes regarding your bed preference or special celebration. Please be aware that while we always strive to accommodate guest preferences, bed types are subject to availability upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to high occupancy during your stay, we were unable to fulfill your request for a double bed.

We understand the importance of celebrating special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays, and we are truly sorry that the twin beds pushed together did not meet your expectations, resulting in discomfort during your sleep.

In an effort, we upgraded you to a superior room with a balcony at no additional cost. It was our intention to enhance your experience with this gesture, and we deeply regret that it did not meet your expectations.

We hope you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations on your future visits to Barcelona.

En general ubicación, servicio y limpieza generan una experiencia positiva. No obstante, la foto de la habitación publicada en el sitio de la reserva no coincide con la entregada realmente; fue muy pequeña y la cama single; por lo cual al percepción de costo vs realidad no es positiva.

Außer das Zimmer mit den Mängeln ist es ein tolles Hotel.

We are pleased to hear that you found our breakfast selection enjoyable and appreciated our central location. However, we are genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay.

Regarding the room concerns you raised, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of natural light and fresh air in your room, as well as the slow drainage in the bathtub. We are actively working to address these maintenance issues to ensure a more comfortable stay for our guests.
