A good location, but the room was slightly small, particularly the shower.

I would say it's been mostly okay except for the noise. It is very hard to fall asleep even after a whole day out.

mala. es incómodo dormir 3 días con frio en la habitación. salir de la cama era una odisea

Le agradecemos sinceramente por tomarse el tiempo de compartir sus comentarios sobre su reciente estancia en el Hotel HCC Taber. Lamentamos profundamente que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria.

En relación con la temperatura en la habitación, entendemos perfectamente lo incómodo que debe haber sido para usted y sus compañeros. El sistema de climatización de nuestro hotel es centralizado, y en ocasiones, debido a cambios de temperatura imprevistos, puede resultar difícil ajustarlo adecuadamente. Lamentamos que durante su estancia no hayamos podido ofrecerle una solución inmediata. Estamos trabajando para mejorar este aspecto y asegurar que en el futuro nuestros huéspedes no enfrenten este tipo de inconvenientes.

Respecto al aislamiento de las ventanas y el ruido, estamos evaluando las opciones para mejorar el aislamiento acústico y térmico de las habitaciones. Su feedback es invaluable para nosotros y lo tomamos muy en serio.

Sobre la variedad en el desayuno, agradecemos su observación. Aunque generalmente recibimos comentarios positivos al respecto, continuaremos revisando y ampliando nuestra oferta para satisfacer mejor las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes.

Very comfortable stay. Room and bed were clean. Shower was great. Location is awesome with many public transportation nearby. The luggage storage service is so nice. I don’t need to worry about my luggage on my final day in Barcelona. The only minor issue I encountered would be the air-conditioning. I have no idea how to turn the temperature up. Sometimes it’s too cold in the midnight.
