Was een rustig hotel. Juist heel warm in de kamer maar met de airco viel het mee

Fui por trabajo y tampoco pude estar mucho tiempo en la habitación, pero en general estuvo bien. Aspectos a mejorar: tenía una habitación doble pero con dos camas individuales juntas, y no una grande. Esto deberían dejar elegirlo al hacer la reserva porque cuando quisimos solicitar el cambio en el hotel a una grande nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad. También el tema de la climatización. Teníamos calor dentro de la habitación y no podíamos encender el aire porque no funcionaba. Esto deberían arreglarlo o programarlo, ya que avisamos en recepción pero nos dijeron que no estaban activados los aires pero tampoco nos dieron una solución.

En relación con la disposición de las camas en su habitación, lamentamos mucho cualquier inconveniente que esto haya causado. Entendemos su preferencia por una cama grande y tomamos nota de su sugerencia sobre permitir esta elección al momento de la reserva. Sin embargo, es importante señalar que, debido a la alta demanda y las limitaciones de disponibilidad, a veces nos enfrentamos a ciertas restricciones al respecto. Apreciamos su comprensión y continuaremos buscando formas de mejorar nuestra oferta de alojamiento para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes.
Con respecto al problema de la climatización, lamentamos sinceramente cualquier molestia que esto haya causado durante su estancia. Nuestro sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado está centralizado, lo que puede limitar la capacidad de ajuste individual en algunas circunstancias. Además, durante su visita, experimentamos temperaturas inusualmente altas para la temporada, lo que complicó aún más la gestión del clima interior. No obstante, entendemos la importancia de mantener un ambiente confortable y estamos evaluando opciones para mejorar nuestro sistema y garantizar una experiencia más consistente para nuestros huéspedes.
En cuanto a su comentario sobre los huevos revueltos en el desayuno, queremos informarle que, por razones de higiene alimentaria, utilizamos preparados especiales en lugar de huevos naturales para garantizar la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes. Sin embargo, agradecemos su observación y revisaremos nuestro proceso para garantizar la calidad y el sabor de nuestros platos.
Asimismo, agradecemos su sugerencia sobre la variedad de opciones saladas en nuestro desayuno, incluyendo el queso crema, y la tendremos en cuenta para futuras mejoras en nuestra oferta gastronómica.
