It was a learning experience as it was my first time visiting Europe. The room was nice but the bed was a little hard.

We are delighted to hear that your first experience in Europe was enriching and that you enjoyed your room. We especially appreciate your comments about the cleanliness and service, as our team strives daily to provide the best service to our guests.

On another note, we are sorry that you found the bed a bit hard. We appreciate your feedback and understand that mattress firmness is a very personal matter. We try to strike a good balance between comfort and durability.

On the other hand, if you would like plugs and don't bring one with you, you can request them at the front desk, and they will be happy to provide one for you. Regarding the hairdryers, some may be defective, but if you notify the front desk, they can provide you with a more powerful one, as indicated in the directory in your room.

We will check the bathroom fans for any defects, as they operate only during specific hours, not when the lights are turned on, as is the case in some establishments. This is done as a sustainability and energy-saving measure.

All comments are welcome so we can continue to improve and consider future improvements.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even more pleasant stay.

Great room layout and view. Fantastic location. Appreciated the air con but some instruction on how to use would have helped.
The small fridge was very useful.
Reception were helpful giving us a kettle and cups so we could make our morning tea in the room, as these aren’t provided as standard within the room.

Breakfast was super.
The ladies at the reception were so nice and helping.

The cleaning of the room could be better.
