Generally, the stay was fine. Aside from the room experience and a rather basic breakfast, I'd say it was ok.

We are pleased to hear that overall your stay was satisfactory, although we regret to learn of your concerns regarding the room experience and breakfast options. Please accept our sincere apologies if the lack of air conditioning in your room affected your comfort. As you may know, our hotel operates on a centralized system, with air conditioning during the summer months and heating during the winter. However, during this unusual winter with higher temperatures, achieving the optimal room temperature can be challenging at times. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Regarding your feedback on our breakfast offerings, we apologize if you found the selection to be basic. We strive to provide a diverse range of options to cater to all preferences, and we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to enhance our offerings.

Insatisfactoria por la escasa confortabilidad de la habitación.

Le agradecemos sinceramente por tomarse el tiempo para compartir sus comentarios sobre su reciente estancia en el Hotel HCC Taber. Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas, especialmente en lo que respecta a la confortabilidad de su habitación.
Queremos transmitirle que en el Hotel HCC Taber nos esforzamos constantemente por brindar a nuestros huéspedes una experiencia cómoda y placentera, y es decepcionante para nosotros saber que no alcanzamos este objetivo durante su estancia.
Respecto a los puntos que mencionó en su comentario, queremos informarle que siempre sugerimos a nuestros estimados huéspedes que cualquier incidencia que surja durante su estancia se comunique inmediatamente con nuestra recepción. Estamos completamente comprometidos en resolver cualquier problema de manera rápida y eficiente para garantizar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Si hubiéramos recibido conocimiento de las dificultades que enfrentó durante su estancia, nos habría permitido tomar medidas inmediatas para encontrar una solución alternativa que hubiera mejorado su experiencia.

Muito boa experiência, tendo em conta que viajámos em Fevereiro., com uma temperatura exterior máxima de 18º C. Sem problemas de ar condicionado. Deu para dormir de janela aberta. Cama óptima.

My overall experience was very good. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the rooms would have been great if not for being too hot.
