Insgesamt sehr sympathisch und freundlich.
Zimmer - es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl ich sie nicht auf den Boden geworfen hatte. Das muss nicht sein.
Mehr deutsche Fernsehsender wäre vorteilhaft.

You charged us tourist tax despite beeing prebooked and also the agency confirmed it was not OK to pay the tourist tax at the hotel. Always, when we have prebooked hotels, there is no tourist tax payment at the check in.

Alla fine e stato un buon soggiorno, si dorme abbastanza bene, consiglio cambierei i cuscini, poi dato che mettono a disposizione il bagnoschiuma per farsi la doccia, e gli spazzolini x lavarsi i denti, secondo me dovrebbe esserci anche la spugna x la doccia e il dentifricio, il resto va abbastanza bene........

Molto bene sia la camera, sia la pulizia che il servizio. Consiglierei di mettere uno spazzolone per il wc del bagno.

Per ragioni igieniche, non forniamo spazzoloni nei bagni, ma sappi che le nostre camere vengono pulite attentamente ogni giorno per garantire un ambiente pulito e igienico.
