We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning and shower drain. Please note that the air conditioning is currently set to heating mode for the winter season, so it may emit warm air when turned on. We'll also address the shower drain issue promptly.
Regarding your suggestion for cutlery in the room, for safety reason we do not provide.
