We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning and shower drain. Please note that the air conditioning is currently set to heating mode for the winter season, so it may emit warm air when turned on. We'll also address the shower drain issue promptly.
Regarding your suggestion for cutlery in the room, for safety reason we do not provide.

No estuvo mal, está bien ubicado pero lo del aire acondicionado fue un punto mega importante, además tampoco tenéis nada de cena a disposición de los huéspedes.

Agradecemos mucho su reseña y estamos encantados de saber que su experiencia en el HCC Taber ha sido en su mayoría satisfactoria. Lamentamos que no haya encontrado suficiente variedad de fruta en nuestro desayuno, siempre intentamos ofrecer al menos 3 o 4 opciones de fruta entera y variedad en fruta cortada. Apreciamos sus comentarios y los tendremos en cuenta para mejorar aún más.

As a city hotel very good .
Very clean .
Reception staff excellent.
Food let it down massively.

However, we are truly sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our food service. Your comments about the breakfast quality are concerning, and we will investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure it doesn't happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you encountered.
Regarding the room temperature, our centralized system provides heating in the winter, and if you turn on the thermostat during this season, warm air is distributed, as previously explained. We apologize for any confusion.

I'm pleased to hear that you found the check-in process to be straightforward. However, I apologize for any cleanliness concerns you encountered during your stay. We take cleanliness seriously, and I assure you that we do clean the room floors daily. The type of wood flooring in some of our rooms can sometimes give the impression of being dirty, but our housekeeping team diligently mops and dusts daily to maintain a clean environment.
