Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma sono stata bene. La camera non aveva balcone ma per una notte non c'è stato bisogno.

Grazie mille per aver scelto il nostro hotel per il suo soggiorno a Barcellona. Siamo felici di sapere che ha trascorso una piacevole notte con noi, nonostante la mancanza di un balcone in camera. Byl jsem velmi zklamán ze situace, kde jsme uvízli ve výtahu. Přes 40 min. jsme čekali a personál nás během té doby neinformoval, co se děje, neptal se, jaký je náš stav a po vyproštění nepřišla ani omluva.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at HCC Taber. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay, especially the elevator situation.
We understand that being stuck in an elevator can be distressing, and we regret that it took longer than expected for the rescue team to arrive. According to our records, it took 30 minutes for the rescue team from the elevator maintenance company to respond, and our receptionist informed you as soon as the situation was reported. We acknowledge that communication could have been more proactive, and we will work on improving our response in such situations to better assist our guests.
Regarding your suggestion for toilet brushes, we appreciate your input. However, for hygiene reasons, we do not provide toilet brushes in our bathrooms. Rest assured that our housekeeping team cleans and sanitizes the bathrooms thoroughly on a daily basis.
We also appreciate your feedback on the breakfast and the elevator breakdown. We will take your comments into consideration to enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable stay.
