Nous avons eu une chambre avec deux grandes fenêtres la vue était splendide; personnel à l’écoute de nos demandes donc une belle expérience dans les hcc car nous avions été la première journée de nos vacances au hcc montblanc

Great staff were really friendly and helpful , room was comfortable , nice relaxed atmosphere.

i was visiting barcelona for a weekish, but i didnt know the city or have a guide, so i had close to 50 questions for the desk. every single person at the desk was so very helpful and kind, which i appreciated immensely.

also, location of the hotel is good, close to ramblas street. breakfast was great also!

Grazie per aver condiviso il tuo feedback sul tuo recente soggiorno presso l'HCC Taber. Siamo lieti di sapere che hai trovato il check-in semplice e il servizio soddisfacente. Apprezziamo anche il tuo feedback sulla colazione e sulla nostra posizione centrale.
Siamo spiacenti di apprendere dei tuoi disagi riguardo all'insonorizzazione, alla mancanza di uno scopino nel bagno e alla qualità dei cuscini e dei materassi. Per quanto riguarda l'insonorizzazione, faremo del nostro meglio per migliorarla. Per quanto riguarda lo scopino, per ragioni igieniche, non li forniamo nelle camere, ma facciamo la pulizia quotidiana. Per quanto riguarda i cuscini e i materassi, comprendiamo che le preferenze possono variare, ma abbiamo appena rinnovato tutti i nostri cuscini quest'anno. Puoi richiedere cuscini extra in qualsiasi momento.
Ci dispiace anche per il capello trovato sul letto e apprezziamo che tu l'abbia segnalato. Faremo in modo che la nostra squadra di pulizia rafforzi i loro controlli per evitare situazioni simili in futuro.
