Staff & location & breakfast was excellent. Didn’t like having no window at all in the room.

Le agradecemos sinceramente que haya compartido su experiencia con nosotros y nos alegra saber que ha valorado positivamente tanto la atención de nuestro equipo como la ubicación y el desayuno.
Por otro lado, le informamos que todas las habitaciones del hotel disponen de ventanas. Puede que se refiera a su habitación tenía vistas a un patio interior, pero esto muy a nuestro pesar no se puede modificar, puesto que el hotel está situado en el distrito de l'Eixample, y esto hace que estemos situados entre otros edificios, dando pie a que haya patios interiores. Lamentamos que no haya sido de su total agrado.

Respecto a la desaparición de su sombrero, lamentamos sinceramente este incidente, pero hablamos con las camareras y revisamos internamente y no se encontró ningún sombrero.

Quedamos a su disposición y esperamos recibirla de nuevo.
