Excelente experiencia. Los servicios del hotel son muy buenos, especialmente la comodidad de la habitación.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unos metros de la rambla, muy cercano a restaurantes y cafeterías; la iglesia de la Sagrada Familia se ubica a 15 minutos andando al igual que otros sitios de interes. Realmente la relación precio-calidad es excelente.

Gutes Hotel. Einzig wenn man zu dritt reist die Zimmer etwas klein. Lage perfekt! Würde wieder gehen!

No estuve cómoda por el ruido de la calle que no me dejó dormir bien.

Estimada Sra. Cañadas Cestero:

Gracias por haberse tomado el tiempo de compartir su experiencia tras su estancia en el Hotel HCC Taber. Lamentamos sinceramente saber que su descanso no fue el esperado.

Nos gustaría informarle que durante su estancia fue alojada en una de nuestras habitaciones superiores con vistas a la calle Aragón, una de las principales arterias de Barcelona. Entendemos que, en determinados momentos del día o de la noche, el tránsito puede generar un nivel de ruido superior al deseado. Si bien nuestras ventanas están diseñadas para ofrecer un aislamiento adecuado, revisaremos minuciosamente los cerramientos de aluminio de la habitación en cuestión por si hubiera habido algún defecto puntual que haya agravado esta situación.

Permítame comentarle que, de haber recibido en ese momento su indicación sobre la incomodidad que le generaba el ruido, con mucho gusto le habríamos ofrecido una alternativa, reubicándola en una habitación interior más tranquila. Nuestro equipo está siempre dispuesto a buscar soluciones inmediatas para garantizar el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes.

Lamentamos profundamente que este inconveniente haya afectado de forma negativa su estancia con nosotros. En cuanto a su percepción sobre el precio, comprendemos su comentario. Tratamos siempre de mantener tarifas que se ajusten a la realidad del mercado, teniendo en cuenta factores como la ubicación céntrica, la disponibilidad y la celebración de eventos relevantes en la ciudad. Precisamente durante su visita, coincidieron el Gran Premio de Fórmula 1 y varias ferias importantes, lo que incrementó de manera notable la demanda hotelera en Barcelona.

Esperamos sinceramente que nos brinde en el futuro una nueva oportunidad para ofrecerle una estancia más placentera y acorde a sus expectativas.

Overall a good location, room very small. Only good for a couple of nights.

While we are pleased to read that you appreciated our central location and enjoyed the breakfast service, we regret that your overall impression was not entirely satisfactory.

We understand that room size is often a matter of personal perception. However, allow us to clarify that all our rooms fully comply with the legal standards established in Spain, both in dimensions and facilities. Nevertheless, we acknowledge your discomfort and genuinely regret that the room did not meet your expectations in this regard.

With respect to the lighting and room orientation, given the historic nature and architectural layout of our building, not all rooms benefit from exterior views. That said, we have taken note of your comments and will review the specific room you were assigned in order to assess whether improvements can be made in terms of interior lighting.

Regarding the early entry of our housekeeping team, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Our housekeeping staff are instructed not to enter any room displaying a "Do Not Disturb" sign. In the absence of such indication, and especially in the early morning hours when many guests have already begun their day, the assumption is that the room is available to be serviced. We regret that this caused you an uncomfortable moment and will reiterate this policy with our team to ensure a more discreet approach.

Lastly, we have taken note of your remarks about the value for price, as well as the issue with the shower flooding. Both matters will be reviewed internally with our maintenance and management teams to prevent recurrence.

We thank you again for your valuable feedback and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a more pleasant stay.
