Zunächst gehobener Eindruck mit dem Gefühl, dass an vielen Stellen sehr profitorientiert statt serviceorientiert agiert wird (schlechte Betten, Kaffeemaschinen, Extras beim Frühstück, Nutzung Saunabereich am Abreisetag kostenpflichtig, Weingläser dürfen nicht mit aufs Zimmer).
