The floor heating is fixed at 26 degree to reduce the temperature I must to switch on the air conditioning... Incredible
We regret that you were not able to fully enjoy your stay. To be honest, we are somewhat surprised and suspect there may have been some language or technical misunderstandings.
Of course, the heating is not fixed at 26 degrees. We have checked it, and it can be adjusted downwards or turned off completely. Unfortunately, you did not bring this to our attention during your stay, as we would have been happy to assist you.
Additionally, we serve our guests and do not expect them to serve themselves. The waitress merely asked for a little patience as she was in the process of preparing another drink.
Further More, at Check-out, you left the hotel with an outstanding bill, as you did not have time to settle it!.
