非常糟糕的体验，位置不错，挨着码头，不过，一楼房间很吵，尤其紧邻厨房，推车的声音太烦躁！本身是享受一个安逸的环境，可是，一楼的房间简直吵个不停，车轱辘的噪音难道不可以控制一下吗？有一个办法，包裹布套会减轻噪音。之前预定时强调了安静风景好的客房。但是，得到的是一个噩梦,,,,,,,,

The hotel room was large and comfortable. Bathroom had nice water flow and toiletries. We had a great view of the lake.

my room was 1305 very good view, good location, clear; but the shower room door is not good enough to again the water from shower room. the floor was full of water from shower room; fruits is extra - thank you. otherwise, all is fine. the price is very expensive during my stay.

Too expensive for room without air conditioners facilities and no privacy for ground floor residents!

Excellent the views were incredible. The staff was very considerable. The bar staff and servers were friendly and very punctual. Overall I will stay here again.

The staffs at front desk are extremely helpful! The view is great. The location is great if coming from the ferry, but very far from the bus station. The room is a bit hot though. But overall, it was a great experience! Thank you!

Excellent. the hotel is beautiful , rooms are big, modern with luxury amenities : nesspresso coffe maker, loccitane soap etc.
