Überteuert , sehr kleines Dachzimmer, Fenster im Dach nur für Licht, nach draußen schauen geht gar nicht, da das Fenster sehr hoch gebaut ist. Noch schlimmer ist, das großes Fenster hat keinen Vorhang!!!

It was ok. We enjoyed our stay in Hallstatt because of Hallstatt itself, despite the hotel which we didn't think was very good.

A good hotel but too highly priced and an impersonal staff.On asking for a hot water bag not only did they not have it but seemed unconcerned too.

Once is enough. They need to be more responsible for the quality of service including cleaning and communication with staff themselves.

First of all we would like to apologize for the late check in time 03.10 pm. Our check in time starts at 03.00 pm.
If rooms are not ready before 03.00 pm we have a storage room were our guests can keep the luggage before check in to enjoy Hallstatt in the meantime.
May I ask you in which way the breakfast and restaurant did not fit to your expectations?

Good location. Very nice staff. Very clean room. We love this hotel.

早餐太简陋了，收12欧，标准太低....
